    About our Christian Horner news

Latest news on Christian Horner, former Red Bull Racing team principal, covering his F1 career and controversies.

Born in 1973, Horner started his motorsport career as a driver after winning a Formula Renault scholarship in 1991. He progressed through the single-seater championship ladder but decided to take a step back from a career as a driver when he realised that he was unable to replicate the commitment to high-speed corners that the other drivers had around him and decided to pursue a career in motorsport management.

Following Red Bull's acquisition of the Jaguar F1 Team in 2004, Horner became the youngest Formula 1 Team Principal after his appointment to head the team. He has since became one of the most successful Team Principal's to lead an F1 team, winning more than a dozen Drivers' and Constructors' championships, combined.

Christian Horner was dismissed from Red Bull Racing in July 2025 after two decades as team principal, ending his tenure as Formula 1's longest-serving team boss. The 51-year-old British motorsport executive led the Milton Keynes-based team to six Constructors' Championships and eight Drivers' Championships, overseeing the dominant eras of Sebastian Vettel and Max Verstappen. His departure followed a turbulent period marked by workplace allegations in 2024, the exodus of key figures including Adrian Newey, and Red Bull's decline from championship contenders to fourth in the constructors' standings.

Our Ðǿմ«Ã½ feed on Christian Horner is updated constantly with the most relevant headlines from reliable motorsport sources, ensuring you get comprehensive coverage of the former Red Bull boss and his ongoing influence on Formula 1.
