Founded in 2011 the Hobart Hurricanes play at the Bellerive Oval in Tasmania and will traditionally wear the colour purple. They have won the Big Bash League title on just one occasion with their maiden victory coming in the 2024-25 season where they beat Sydney Thunder in the final.
