Matthias Jaissle is a German football manager, currently head coach in the Saudi Pro League, known for a high-pressing, possession-based style shaped by his years in the Red Bull coaching system. Born in Nürtingen in 1988, he built a reputation as one of European football's most promising young tacticians before moving into Middle Eastern football.
Jaissle has repeatedly been linked with high-profile vacancies in the Premier League, Bundesliga, and elsewhere, reflecting his standing among clubs seeking a modern, energetic coaching approach. Speculation around his next move remains a recurring feature of transfer coverage, with reports of interest from major European sides.
Jaissle's coaching identity draws heavily on his formative years within the Red Bull football project, where intense pressing, quick transitions, and youth development were core principles.
