Deadpool & Wolverine is the third and latest instalment in the Deadpool film franchise, as well as Deadpool's introduction into the MCU following Disney's acquisition of 20th Century Fox in March 2019.
The film's plot revolves around Deadpool teaming up with the X-Men icon Wolverine as the pair embark on a mission that will 'change the history of the MCU'. Hugh Jackman returns as James 'Logan' Howlett (better known as Wolverine), several years after retiring from the role.
Deadpool & Wolverine was released in the US on 26 July 2024 as part of Phase Five of the MCU.
